Evaluation & Treatment Sessions for Lymphedema/Lymphatic Dysfunction
This is required for every first appointment.
Initial Evaluation and treatment session 90 mins - $150.00
This includes a full physical therapy evaluation including evaluation of swelling/volume changes, strength, range of motion, sensation, skin/scar condition, mobility, followed by manual lymph drainage techniques applied to areas of swelling. An individual treatment plan will be devised for you with frequency and duration of recommended treatments. (Note: Referral by physician may be required, as determined by your therapist at time of telephone scheduling.)
45 min treatment session
60 min treatment session
75 min treatment session
90 min treatment session
Complete Decongestive Therapy (CDT)
If it is determined that Complete Decongestive Therapy (CDT) is recommended and agreed upon by your therapist and you, then pricing for CDT as follows:
Begins with ONE 45-minute session on bandaging training.
Followed by TWELVE (+/-) 75 minute sessions of intense phase
(Manual Lymph Drainage or MLD, followed by compression wrapping*)
Final ONE visit is a 60-minute session
For assessment and training with newly fitted
compression garment(s)**.
Total for the above CDT treatment package

* Bandaging supplies are extra and can be purchased online at recommendation of therapist.
** Newly fitted compression garment(s) are purchased through vendor with recommendations made by therapist
