Cupping For Lymphedema - LymphaTouch®

We are excited to provide treatment for scar tissue/adhesions, lymphatic cording, nodules associated with lipedema and swelling with our new LymphaTouch® device.

The LymphaTouch® is a negative pressure suction device designed to relieve pain and swelling for primary and secondary lymphedema, after traumas and injuries, as well as pre- and post-operatively. The graded negative pressure of the LymphaTouch® provides an opportunity to control the amount of pull on the superficial tissues to achieve tissue stretches and mobilization in an opposite direction than what is possible from hands or tools that are used to apply a downward pressure on the tissue. A recent study done by Saul, et al on “Reduction of postoperative swelling with a negative pressure treatment – A prospective study”

showed that measured upper extremity circumferences of patients with pre- or post-op swelling decreased with use of LymphaTouch® for a maximum of five consecutive days.
